With over 40 years of experience, Jim Fox has been a real estate broker/manager for institutions such as Prudential Real Estate, C.B Richard Ellis and more - boasting over $75 million in residential and commercial sales since 2012 working with Kinlin Grover and his own firm, Main Street Real Estate. Jim has been an invaluable asset to the Falmouth community, having served on its planning board for over a decade and four times as chairman. His efforts were instrumental in passing both accessory apartment and multifamily district bylaws - projects that have significantly benefited residents of the town.
