Jim's family has lived and worked at the beach since 1962 and he is celebrating 40+ years in the real estate industry. He is blessed to have both his daughters and families nearby. He manages the Windermere Real Estate office in Ocean Shores, WA and specializes in commercial properties and development. His prior commercial development projects have included Seabrook; Best Western, Shilo, & McDonalds (Ocean Shores), plus many more. He loves all aspects of commercial real estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
