Jim Denham began his real estate career in 1978, starting and owning his first brokerage firm 4 years later. A true entrepreneur at heart, Jim has owned and operated multiple companies in the last thirty years ranging from real estate, to granite processing, to a convenience store/truck stop operation in Edwardsville, KS.
Responsible for the sales of millions of dollars of real estate in that period, Jim joined The Land Source in 2011 to work with property owners to gain the maximum value for their property using his years of experience.
