Jim Costen has been active in the real estate industry since 1969. He has served as a certified Real Estate Instructor by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, a developer/builder, as well as an owner of an Atlanta Real Estate Company with six branch offices including a Commercial Division. With a major in Marketing, he holds a B.S. Degree from the University of South Carolina. Jim has been with Coldwell Banker for 22 year and currently serves as Regional Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
