Jim Caswell started his commercial real estate career leasing and managing Piedmont Center, a 2.3M SF office park located in Buckhead. Prior to starting Normandy Partners, Mr. Caswell managed Bridge Investment Group’s 3.5M SF Atlanta portfolio. With over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Caswell has leased and managed over eight million square feet of Class A office product in every major Atlanta submarket. Mr. Caswell is an Atlanta native and resides in Buckhead with his wife and three children.
