Based in Dallas, Mr. Carpenter specializes in Industrial Investment Sales. During his 30+ year career, he has completed transactions comprising over 400 million square feet of property in 27 markets with total consideration in excess of $27.7 billion.
Mr. Carpenter’s primary responsibility is Industrial Investment Sales across the Midwest and Texas. He also leads C&W’s Industrial Advisory Group, a national practice group dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to industrial clients.
Mr. Carpenter participates actively in the national leadership of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets group: In 2010, he was elected by his peers to serve as the Industrial representative within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Advisory Council, an internal group focused on strategic initiatives. He also serves as a member of the leadership team of C&W’s Industrial Advisory Group, a national practice group dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to industrial clients.
