Mr. Bouton is President of JB Realty & Development; a Texas based full-service real estate company. Jim is experienced in sales, leasing and managing of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Bouton has had several successful years in “Corporate America” with companies like Combustion Engineering, Impell Corp. and The Tennessee Valley Authority. He worked his way from a designer to the manager of engineering before leaving the corporate world. Mr. Bouton has also owned, and/or managed many small businesses including Home Improvement Marketing, General Contracting of both residential and commercial facilities, Swimming Pool construction and retail sales and service, contract design and engineering. Mr. Bouton has worked as a Real Estate agent for large national real estate companies providing him skills to serve his customers. Mr. Bouton’s real estate experience includes property development and real estate sales, leasing, and property management This background provides Mr. Bouton the experience to relate to buyers’ and sellers’ requirements and an understanding with regards to the fair-market analysis of their property. Jim’s focus is to assist the buyer and/or seller in the process of the transfer of property ownership, and to conduct the process in a manner that provides a “win-win” scenario for all parties involved. A Round Rock, Texas resident, Jim Bouton is a graduate engineer from the University of Tennessee holding a BSEE degree. Mr. Bouton is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas as well as a practicing licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas.
