Since 2009, Jim Bell has represented clients in commercial real estate on behalf of Savills. As an engaging broker, Jim meets with companies, large and small, to discuss business development goals and to organize a strategy that will optimize real estate requirements. In order to do so, he helps to identify office space goals and objectives, from finance and location to space design.
Once an ideal location is selected, Jim assures to secure the space and negotiate lease documents to include flexible, tenant-friendly provisions tailored to all of the goals established. Post-transaction, Jim continues to oversee the build-out and move process in order to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Even further, Jim will endlessly identify ways to reduce occupancy costs throughout the lease term.
Jim’s expertise comes in all forms and industries. He has experience working with lease acquisitions, renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, dispositions, restructurings, workplace strategy, financial modeling, and project managing. He’s also worked in industries including: energy, legal, financial services, engineering, technology, healthcare, consulting, and accounting.
Prior to his partnering with Savills, Jim was an associate at JLL for 5 years as a tenant representative.
