Jillian joined the Avison Young team in the spring of 2021 as the operations coordinator after a 10+ year career as a schoolteacher and administrative professional. In the summer of 2022, she assumed the role of assistant property manager, supporting the Philadelphia division of property management. Her diverse background in event coordination, operations, organizational communication, and more helps support the Philadelphia region's properties with a wide array of tasks and projects. Prior to her time in the classroom, Jillian spent time as both an in-person and virtual assistant for successful businesses where she handled a variety of requests.
