Jihane Boury is Vice Chairman in the Dallas-Fort Worth office and is responsible for co-leading the tenant representation group. She advises corporate office clients through every stage of the real estate life cycle, from initial planning to final implementation.
Jihane brings a wealth of diverse experience and skills to her role. She has successfully developed, negotiated, leased, expanded, and renewed over six million square feet of transactions throughout her real estate career. Prior to joining Savills, Jihane was Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Dallas office, where she focused on office occupier clients. Her experience in brokerage also includes Colliers International as part of the tenant representation team, where she was recognized as a top 10% producer. Jihane began her real estate career at Harwood International, where she would spend 13 years.
Jihane is also a registered Interior Designer, which results in an added dimension and a deeper understanding of her corporate clients’ needs. Her 18 years of experience in programming, master planning, and all phases of architectural design and construction enables her to assist clients with envisioning and creating an ideal work environment.
