Bio
Jiani Zhou is an Associate Director in the Investment Sales Division of Ariel Property Advisors, responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City. Ms. Zhou has experience underwriting and marketing a variety of property types, including but not limited to: multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Ms. Zhou was a Sales Associate at Epic Commercial Realty, formerly known as Itzhaki Properties. During this time, she developed many relationships with middle-market clients.
Previously, Ms. Zhou spent 4 years in the title industry as a Senior Escrow Accountant, helping facilitate the funding of multi-million-dollar commercial and residential deals. With a wealth of knowledge on how deals transact on the back-end, she set her sights on a career in the real estate investment sales industry.
Academically, she graduated from Queens College, where she received an MS and a BA in Accounting. Born in Shanghai and raised in Queens, Ms. Zhou is fluent in Mandarin and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Ms. Zhou currently resides in Queens.
