As a senior sales associate with RE/MAX New Dimension.; Jesus Morales has an extensive and varied background in the field of Residential & commercial real estate. Jesus specializes in the marketing of Residential family housing and multi-family housing units in various counties in the Southern California area. Jesus also has extensive experience with 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions, short sales and the dealing with tenants in the southern California area. Licensed as a Salesperson with the State of California Bureau of Real Estate since 2017, Jesus began his career in real estate industry in 2001 managing rental housing, and managing files as a transaction coordinator for West Point Realtors Inc., and Blue Point Realty Management. In that position, Jesus was responsible for managing the firm's apartment complexes in the west half of the United States.
