Jessica joined Colliers International June 2017 as an Associate and a participant in the Accelerate Program. Ms. Verdi specializes in tenant representation services in Manhattan. She plays a key role in business development and canvassing on a team led by Michael Cohen (President of the Tri-State area, and Andy Roos (Vice Chairman).
Jessica has represented tenants in a wide range of industries that include Financial Services, Technology, Co-Working Offices, Advertising, Law and Not-For-Profits. Some notable clients include: Moses and Singer, Knotel, Bacardi, The Economist and Griffon Corporation.
Jessica was appointed by Council Member Keith Powers to serve on Community Board 5. Community Board 5 is charted by the City of New York to serve as the citizens’ voice for issues and decisions pertaining to Midtown Manhattan.
Jessica is a member of the organization Read Ahead and mentors a public school student once a week. She is also on the board of New York Junior Tennis League.
Jessica is a member of YMWREA, a real estate organization with a large focus on community service. She is also active with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY and serves as co-chair of the Midtown South committee.
