Jessica Gomez joined Cushman & Wakefield in November 2015 as a Brokerage Coordinator supporting the Broward County Office Landlord Representation team of Deanna Lobinsky, Travis Herring, Katherine Ridgway, Chase Kulp and Nicolas Belusic. Ms. Gomez has worked with this specific team for almost two decades and has extensive experience in marketing and client-related services. Ms. Gomez is responsible for the creation, production and distribution of property marketing materials including, but not limited to: business development proposals and presentations; property marketing flyers; tour books; placemats; and email blasts. Ms. Gomez is also responsible for coordinating client events and handling day-to-day operations of the Broward County Office Landlord Rep team, as well as actively monitoring vacancies, lease expirations and transaction data in the South Florida market.
