Jessica Albritton is “living the dream!” and is helping her clients and customers to start living theirs by accomplishing their real estate goals! Jessica brings many years of experience as a full-time real estate professional since 2001 with a willingness to work hard and a commitment to listen, communicate effectively and provide excellent customer relations to our Beachy Beach family. Jessica has been an accomplished broker-associate/realtor and has sold hundreds (well over 500 closed transactions) of properties in Bay County and surrounding areas. Prior to Real Estate, she spent 10 years in the legal field which gives her a great insight to the legalities that sometimes go along with real estate transactions.
Jessica’s clients and customers appreciate her flexibility, low pressure approach, patience, ability to listen and actually hear what they want, her negotiation and analytic skills and her keen ability to accurately price and market a home. Jessica’s skill set is clearly a product of her experience and knowledge in this ever-changing real estate market.
