Jerry LoCoco is a vice president and licensed broker with Colliers, specializing in industrial leasing, sales, and the development of land in all commercial product sectors. Jerry represents landlords, tenants, owners, developers, and investors with a targeted focus on and understanding of Yuma, Arizona.
Through a strategic approach, Jerry leverages his uniquely diverse skillset and industry experience to maximize the value of his clients’ assets. With a background in commercial real estate brokerage, development and construction, Jerry understands intricate details of the industry from legal aspects to technical details of the businesses he represents. Prior to joining Colliers, Jerry served as a senior vice president at Paladin Partners in Dallas, Texas where he was also a licensed real estate agent and as a managing broker for SVN/Velocity Commercial Real Estate in Yuma, Arizona. Prior to moving into brokerage, Jerry spent four years as the owner of LPC Construction Company in Yuma, Arizona. In his time there, he gained experience developing industrial, municipal, educational, retail, office, and aircraft hangar facilities. In addition to owning the company, he served as project manager, project superintendent, financial manager and was personally involved in bid preparation, proposal analysis, buyout process, and worked in various contract procurement methods.
