Jerry Heinrichs, CCIM, broker at Investors Realty, Inc, has assisted over 30 clients over the past five years. Over his distinguished career, he has assisted in countless 1031 Exchanges, 721 Exchanges, group investments, client representations, and land developments.
In 1971, Jerry was Sales manager at Dial Realty Inc., a
builder, developer, and brokerage company. In 1975, he co-founded and was President of Investors Realty, Inc. From 1992-1998, he served as CEO of Mid America Real Estate Investment Inc., a REIT. Since 1998, he has been a real estate broker at Investors Realty, Inc. specializing in investments, 1031 Exchanges, and development.
Jerry is the first CCIM in State of Nebraska (1976) and won REALTOR of the Year in 1989.
