With years of expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Jerry excels in managing transitions, acquisitions, and sales of all sizes and complexities. Jerry has collaborated with numerous franchise partners to establish and enhance property and market presence through sales, leases, build-to-suits, and other strategies.
In his role as an Asset Manager at The Liberty Group, Jerry oversees over one million square feet of assets in the region. He offers services both within and outside of The Liberty Group’s real estate portfolio.
A 2001 graduate of Lock Haven University and hailing from the Jersey Shore area, Jerry combines his deep local knowledge with strong networking skills to serve clients of all sizes effectively.
