Mr. Brand is the co-founder of INOK Investments. He graduated from Purdue University in 1986 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. From 1986 to 1991, he worked for Newton Oil Company and Korschot’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. as a sales representative. In January 1991, Mr. Brand formed his own heating and air conditioning company, Brand Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. (Brand Heating and Air), in Lafayette, Indiana. In 1996, he sold Brand Heating and Air to Service Experts. His company and twelve others were co-founders of the public offering. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Brand served as Service Experts’ Acquisition Manager for the Eastern half of the United States. He has participated in and completed the ‘Birthing of Giants’ Program at MIT. JOHN P. HATTER, JR. Mr. Hatter has served as INOK Investments’ corporate counsel since November 2000. He graduated from Purdue University in 1986 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. From 1986 to 1993, he worked as a middle level manager for Rockwell, International in York, South Carolina. In 1989, Mr. Hatter earned his M.B.A. from Winthrop University and in 1996 earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. From 1996 to November 2000, he was an associate attorney with Baker & Daniels in Indianapolis, Indiana. BRUCE MORAIN. Mr. Morain is the co-founder of INOK Investments. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1987 with a B.A. in Finance. From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Morain owned and operated Gordon’s Heat and Air, a third generation family owned heating and air conditioning business in Norman, Oklahoma. In 1996, he sold Gordon’s Heat and Air to Service Experts and worked as district manager over twelve dealerships in Oklahoma and Texas from 1997 to 1998. During that period of time he also served on the National Advisory Board for Service Experts. Between 1999 and 2001, Mr. Morain served as a consultant for Service Experts. From 1994 to 2002, he served on the Advisory Board of First Fidelity Bank. In addition, he has also served as board member for various entities in Norman, Oklahoma, including the Kiwanis Club, Juvenile Services, Norman Chamber of Commerce and the American Red Cross.
