Jerry is responsible for the management and leasing of a select portfolio of the company’s industrial assets. Prior to joining the company, Jerry was a Director of Asset Management for a Florida based family organization specializing in real estate operation and asset management for a large industrial operator. Jerry holds two bachelor’s degrees from Central Washington University in Finance and Accounting. Jerry joined the company in 2023.
