Jeremy Wernick joined CBRE in 2019 as part of the Tri-State Investment Properties. Mr. Wernick started his real estate career in 2014 with another national real estate firm and, prior to joining CBRE, worked for a mid-size boutique firm specializing in investment sales in Central New Jersey.
Mr. Wernick advises real estate investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, multi-family, development, office and retail properties throughout the Tri-State area. His market knowledge and pinpoint canvassing of each market makes him an irreplaceable asset to both his clients and his team.
