An Executive Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Jeremy McChesney has an unparalleled understanding of retail investments and has been instrumental in closing nationwide commercial properties valued at $600 million. With a focus on single-tenant properties and traditional multi-tenant retail strip centers, he has built a strong practice serving his clients nationwide. In the last 5 years, Jeremy has sold more single-tenant 7-Eleven investments than any other broker nationwide.
Jeremy consistently exceeds clients’ expectations through his 20 years of expertise, professionalism and dedication to obtaining the highest value for their retail properties.
Jeremy graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. He has a professional affiliation with the ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Jeremy serves as a quarterly guest speaker at Pepperdine University’s Master of Business Administration program for investment real estate evaluation.
Jeremy lives in Laguna Beach with his wife, two sons and daughter. As a classic car aficionado, he’s currently building a 1953 Jaguar C-Type race car from scratch. For Jeremy, weekends are all about family time, church on Sunday, home improvement projects, and of course, finding parts for the Jag.
