Since September 2023, he has been the Executive Managing Director for Colliers North Central Region, inclusive of Minneapolis & St. Paul, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Cleveland, Akron, Cincinnati, Dayton and Pittsburgh, with additional oversight of Colliers affiliate offices in Milwaukee & Columbus. He partners with local market leaders to grow the businesses of existing brokers, recruit new talent to fill strategic gaps, and help secure the resources that brokerage support professionals need to be engaged, effective and excited to be a part of growth. Since August 2019, he has also been the Market Leader of Colliers' Minneapolis-St. Paul. He has helped catalyze growth in the business by adding approximately 20 broker and brokerage support professionals to the team, significantly diversifying their clientele, and leading business development pursuits, all of which have helped significantly enhance top and bottom line performance. began my career as an attorney on Active Duty in the United States Army (2006-2011). I spent nearly five years as a Judge Advocate General, an experience highlighted by a deployment to Iraq from 2008-09. I also spent time practicing as a Tax Attorney, Contract & Fiscal Law Attorney, Administrative Attorney and completed my tenure in the Army as a prosecutor. He began his career in real estate development as a Development Manager with Ryan Companies (2011 - 2015). He transitioned to Mortenson as a Development Executive (2015 - 2019). In both capacities, he supported and then led a number of developments across the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota. The seminal achievement of my development career was One Discovery Square, the first phase of a Life Science district in Rochester, Minnesota. He employs a people-first, servant-leader approach. He believe in the value of collaboration and strong teams, in peer accountability, and in the power of leveraging insight to the benefit of our client's businesses.
