Jeremy Grundy MRICS is a Partner at DE&J Levy with over 18 years experience in the Industrial, Agency, Investment & Development team. Jeremy specialises in industrial development consultancy and leasing with a particular focus on the South-East, M25 & London Boroughs.
Significant London multi-let industrial schemes that Jeremy has been recently responsible for bringing to fruition include the investment consultancy and leasing of 140,000 sq ft at Warehouse K, London, E16 sold to Hermes, development consultancy and leasing of 93,000 sq ft at Battersea Business Park, London SW11 on behalf of ING and the investment acquisition of Hampton Business Park, a 150,000 sq ft estate subsequently refurbished and let on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.
Jeremy enjoys working closely with a range of developers and funds and utilising his wealth of experience to help develop and lease client's industrial holdings. Jeremy is currently advising, amongst others, Royal London Asset Management, CBRE Global Investors, Brockton Capital, Hermes, Goya Developments, XLB Developments, Exton Estates and City & Provincial.
Jeremy's latest development consultancy role has been in the acquisition of an industrial site in Stephenson Street, London, E16 for Goya Developments backed by Bilsdale for the construction of 110,000 sq ft of warehousing close to the Olympic site.
Jeremy is also actively involved in the London and South-East industrial leasing market, advising owners and occupiers on their disposals and acquisition programme.
Jeremy is a keen sportsman and enjoys shooting, golf and squash as well as following the England rugby team.
