As a Principal Owner and a leading commercial real estate advisor since 1999, I leverage my SIOR and CCIM (candidate) credentials and my 24+ years of industry experience to provide strategic and conflict-free solutions for owners and occupiers of industrial properties. I’ve trained professionally while at CBRE through company offered programs including Capital Markets and Advanced Industrial. I have a service-based approach and a strong background in gaming and hospitality, which complement my expertise in industrial, logistics, food facilities and data services.
I have completed over $4 billion in advisory transactions, including institutional portfolio sales, site selection, development advisory, tenant/landlord representation, and market corporate advisory. I have worked with prominent clients such as COX, Scott Drake Enterprises, Kroger, Sysco, USF, Ferguson, and Derse, among others. I have also navigated the complicated greenfield site selection for the Air Liquide hydrogen energy plant in the US, strategically located in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
