Jeremy joined King Industrial Realty in 2007. As a licensed real estate agent, Jeremy focuses on investment sales, tenant representation, land acquisition, and leasing/selling of industrial properties with an emphasis on the 400 North corridor, I-85 North corridor / Gwinnett County, Highway 316 corridor, Walton County and I-20 East submarkets. Jeremy represents private equity firms as well as national and international firms such as Wells Fargo Bank N.A., FCS Automotive International, Satellite Shelters, Briggs Equipment, GTO Engineering, and Standard Pump, Inc.
Prior to joining King Industrial Realty, Jeremy was the Mid-West Sales Executive with Horizon Software International, LLC. (NYSE: ROP), where he was responsible for development and retention of new and current clients. Prior to Horizon, Jeremy investigated lightning strikes for Georgia Power Company.
