.Jeremy began his career in real estate in 2012 working for a competing firm where he also specialized in office market transactions. Since joining CBRE in 2013, Jeremy has consistently demonstrated his knowledge and expertise when providing clients with expert advice and strategic solutions tailored to meet their needs. Jeremy is recognized in the industry for his exceptional communication skills and his strong commitment to his clients.
In his role as an office leasing broker, Jeremy specializes in leasing, renewals, relocations and acquisitions services. His experience with client representation includes: lease and renewal negotiations, facility relocation, acquisitions, marketing, strategic planning, financial analysis, solution implementation, dispositions and subleases, as well as market forecasting and analysis.
