Bio
With over 33 years experience in commercial property, I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985. Having previously worked in Portsmouth, Winchester and Brighton as well as Southampton, I returned to the latter in 1990 and established Palmer Fry with my colleagues in 1992.
After merging with Goadsby Commercial in 2005, I remained for a while as their Director of Retail.
Now my aim is to offer a professional, commercial service tailored to the needs of my clients, large or small. I am just as happy to act for the local retailer as I am for national companies and have vast experience in dealing with both.
I have been in this business through several previous recessions and most importantly I know how to make a deal happen and nurture it through to completion.
