Bio
Ms. Wierman has over fifteen years of commercial real estate leasing and management experience. She oversees all of Somerset’s leasing activities including tenant and broker relations, lease analysis, building marketing, tenant retention, space planning, tenant-improvement pricing, lease negotiation, and tenant move-ins.
Prior to joining Somerset Ms. Wierman had direct leasing responsibility for over 4,000,000 square feet of suburban office space with Brandywine Realty Trust, including Brandywine's Southern New Jersey office portfolio. Before Brandywine Ms. Wierman was responsible for leasing and broker management for Keystone Property Trust where she oversaw a multi-state portfolio of 35 suburban office buildings. Ms. Wierman began her career as Director of Asset Management with Bell Atlantic Properties in Philadelphia where she oversaw operations for three downtown, high-rise office buildings.
Ms. Wierman is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where she was a scholarship athlete. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
