Jennifer Tillema MAI, currently serves as a Senior Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Portland office. Tillema brings to her position substantial expertise in commercial real estate valuation and market studies. She has worked with clients on a wide variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, medical facilities and mixed-use developments. She has also provided valuation analyses on tax increment financing (TIF) arrangements and a variety of tax abatements. Additionally, Tillema has performed specialized real estate valuations for auto dealerships, restaurants, mini-storage facilities, bank branches, manufactured home communities, theaters and medical offices.
Tillema joined Newmark after nearly 10 years as a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield in the Indianapolis area. She previously served as a director in C&W’s Chicago office, beginning in September 2001. Tillema began her career at C&W in 1999 as a staff appraiser in the Atlanta office.
