Jennifer began her real estate career with Pan Pacific Properties where she focused on multi-family acquisition, development and property management. Jennifer then progressed to Northstream, Inc., Linda Nordstrom’s land development, construction and property management company. During her tenure at Northstream, Jennifer was responsible for all aspects of land development including acquisition, permitting, construction, contract negotiations, leasing and sales, and management of office, industrial, mixed-use and retail properties. Jennifer later transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield’s Bellevue office where her primary focus was leasing and sales of CBD and suburban office buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties. In 2009 Jennifer joined Coldwell Banker Danforth where she specializes in leasing and sales of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout King and Snohomish counties.
