In 2013 Jennifer bought an old, neglected 2-family property in Greenfield. Despite all the work that had to be done, she could see the potential. After a solid 6 months of renovation and rehab, her house was completed, her equity has doubled, and she's had wonderful tenants. Everyone has a vision of their “home” and this was hers.
