Being a real estate broker for over 17 years, Jennifer specializes in finding affordable homes at closeout prices. She has personally invested in five properties personally and knows what it takes to be successful. Working with a wide range of investors she is experienced in buying and selling HUD homes, short sales, and foreclosures. In addition, her skills include home staging and listing. Jennifer ensures complete satisfaction with each client’s overall experience. Pairing the correct property with each person or family is her number one goal.
Jennifer holds a degree in human services from Metro State College of Denver. Her strong background in education and social work, combined with her years of experience with local school systems, proves to be invaluable to her clients. She fell into investments by accident when hard times lead her to owning and renting out her house. She enjoys passing on her vast knowledge and experience and began running investment workshops for her clients. Jennifer loves to travel and visit people she loves. Being near the water and within nature is something that holds great importance to her. Some of her hobbies include biking, hiking, cooking, gardening, and exploring alternative medicine.
