As Vice President of Leasing, Jennifer is responsible for designing and implementing a leasing plan to maximize revenue and differentiate the property from its competition. She is adept at all stages of the leasing process, from initial negotiations to closing, including lease drafting. She is well versed in the intricacies and legal ramifications of the lease documents, and has negotiated leases with local, regional, and national tenants. In addition, she exclusively represents both National and Local tenants.
Jennifer has more than 20 years in the Commercial Real Estate Industry and has proven to be a strong real estate professional skilled in Retail Leasing with intent to drive occupancy rates, improve tenant mix and maximize profitability to assigned properties. Currently, she is the Vice President of Leasing for DCOTA - Design Center of the Americas. Her accomplishments consistently produce results that have exceeded client and corporate expectations. She has proven to be creative, resourceful and analytical with solid problem-solving abilities which has maximized performance and generated new business opportunities through superior services and professional acumen.
Prior to joining DCOTA, Jennifer has leased and managed over 26 properties, including owning her own Brokerage firm, worked for JLL at Galleria Mall, Turnberry Associates and Simon at Aventura Mall; a 2.7 million square feet super-regional shopping center for nine years. Jennifer is also the recipient of the CoStar Broker Award and several Visual Victory Awards (ICSC).
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Florida International University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
