Jennifer manages the leasing and marketing of nearly 3.5 million square feet of space in Trinity Partners’ office leasing portfolio, ranging from suburban office parks to downtown towers for respected institutional owners including AIG, Stockbridge Capital, KBS, DRA Advisors, and Origin Investments. She works closely with her owners, asset managers, and Trinity Partners leasing team to develop and execute meaningful, customized leasing strategies for her portfolio.
Known for her business acumen and negotiating skills cultivated over her 14 years in the industry, Jennifer joined Trinity Partners in 2011 after time spent in one of the country’s most competitive commercial real estate markets – Washington, DC. There, she served as a Vice President with Woodmark, responsible for the lease-up of more than one-million square feet of office space.
Jennifer earned a degree in Finance at the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the varsity swim team that won two NCAA National Championships and three Southeastern Conference Championships.
