Jennifer Corso started her commercial real estate career in 2004 specializing in the Inland Empire market. Corso provides leasing and sale services for retail, office, industrial and mixed use properties throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding counties. Corso has secured hundreds of transactions over her career. Her aggressive salesmanship helped her close five transactions in her first six months in the business. Within her first year, Corso quickly mastered the art of negotiation and the pursuit of closing deal. In 2007, she refined her skills, selling 3 office buildings representing the seller in each transaction.
She takes great pride in her listings and represents an owner’s property as if it is her own. She is well-versed in both landlord and tenant representation, with special focus on retail and office leasing and sales. In 2005, she earned recognition as Sperry Van Ness Rookie of the Year. Then in 2007, she earned Sperry Van Ness Prospector of the Year. In February 2008, Corso closed a $2,000,000.00 restaurant deal where she represented the buyer in the sale. In December of 2008, Corso closed a $690,000.00 retail deal where she represented the seller in the sale. In February 2009 Jennifer made the move to NAI Capital in Ontario to continue her commercial real estate career focusing on the Inland Empire.
