Jennifer Christakes currently oversees JLL’s property management services for the New England Region. She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality property operations and management for a portfolio of over 24 million square feet of office, life science and industrial.
Jennifer has over 22 years of experience in managing commercial real estate. In her last role, Jennifer was the Operations Manager for the Midwest Region overseeing a portfolio over 70 million square feet of of office and industrial properties. Jennifer also served in the capacity as Receiver for JLL working with the courts in managing distressed properties. In previous roles, she held several management positions throughout the Chicago market.
Prior to joining JLL, Jennifer was a Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for eight years. During her time in the Army, Jennifer gained an array of experience, which included project management, inventory control, personnel administration, and training development and management.
