I grew up the son of a real estate developer and investor. I purchased my first property when I turned 18 and have been involved in real estate ever since. I deal with both residential and commercial although my first love is commercial real estate. I have completed transactions from a small office lease to the sale of a 200,000+ sqft office/manufacturing facility for 16MM.
