Upon graduation from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988, I worked in New York City overseeing the re-development of several historic brownstones into luxury condominiums. In early 1991,I joined Noddle Development Company as a property manager. In early 1993, I began to focus on the company's new developments and was involved in the development and re-development of office and retail projects in ten states comprising of over 2,500,000 square feet.
In 2017, I opened Kirshenbaum Realty LLC where I focus my energies on owning, managing and acquiring commercial and multi-family properties in the Midwest.
I currently serve as the Co-President of Jewish Senior Services Board, Treasurer of Beth Israel Synagogue and have previously served as the President of the Omaha Jewish Community Center and on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Omaha.
