Jeff Kim is based in Colliers International’s City of Industry office and advises his clients in site selection, lease and sale negotiations, relocations and build-to-suits for industrial and commercial properties in the Greater Los Angeles region.
Jeff brings a wealth of operational knowledge required to manage an import/export business and a decade of M&A consulting experience.
Prior to brokerage, Jeff was the logistics manager for a global manufacturing and distribution company, where he was responsible for the day-to-day tactical operations and long-term strategy for the company’s supply chain. In addition, he managed sales, materials procurement and customer service for the company.
Jeff is a skilled negotiator with significant expertise in all aspects of the transaction cycle. He is committed to directing his clients to make the most informed real estate decision.
