Bio
Jeff’s career has focused on providing quality corporate real estate services on a regional and national basis. In addition to his expertise in California, he has negotiated transactions in thirty different states as well as in Puerto Rico and Canada. His long list of repeat clients includes BASF, FedEx, Del Monte, Nabisco, Sony, and Expeditors International.
Jeff was, from 1987 to 1997, Vice President of Pacific Business Properties which sold its interest to Fischer & Company of Dallas, Texas in January, 1998. Fischer & Company established Fischer Pacific, Inc., a California Corporation, and Jeff was promoted to Executive Vice President and principal in January of 1998.
Jeff is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) and is an Executive Board Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an international group of highly skilled real estate professionals. He is also a member of CoreNet, an international organization of corporate real estate executives and service providers. He served as the Chairman of the “Friends of the Academy” which provides ongoing community support for the Los Angeles Police Department. His representation of the City of Los Angeles in the $13 million acquisition of a new Police Recruit Training Center in Westchester saved the City $40 million and five years time over the previously recommended alternative.

Jeff is a native of California. He is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. His undergraduate education included "Semester at Sea" which enabled him to study the culture and business communities of twelve countries around the world. Jeff keeps his Real Estate skills refined through continuing education and holds a sales and brokers license in California. Jeff currently lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife Kathy, his son, Connor and daughter, Katrina.
