Mr. Ingham is responsible for assisting clients with their Southern California transactions as well as working with clients on their national and international real estate needs. Currently, Mr. Ingham is working on transactions in Southern California for such clients as Bank of America, CalAmp, Pacific Premier Bank, and Pacific Alternative Asset Management (PAAMCO), as well as managing all Western US transactions for United Healthcare Group in the U.S. and Epic Games internationally. Under Mr. Ingham’s leadership, the Orange County office has grown from 20 employees to over 120 over the past decade.
