Jeffrey Howard joined RIPCO Real Estate in 1996, and now serves as Vice Chairman. He primarily specializes in tenant representation in the New York metropolitan area, concentrating on the suburbs of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the outer boroughs of New York City. Jeffrey’s in-depth market knowledge, location intelligence, and extensive relationships within the landlord and brokerage communities has given him an integral role in the expansion of brands like Target, Best Buy, Shake Shack, and Five Below. He has also worked with numerous other retailers, including Nordstrom Rack, Big Lots, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sprint, and Auto Zone.
As an ownership representative, Jeff has worked with REITs such as Equity One and Regency as well as smaller family-run real estate developers. Leveraging his network of relationships, Jeffrey led the leasing teams in the initial development of the Gallery at Westbury Plaza in Westbury, New York, Broadway Plaza in Riverdale, Bronx, and North Haven Commons in North Haven, Connecticut.
Jeffrey is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a graduate of the George Washington University.
