Bio
As a partner and co-founder of Ark Residential, Jeff leads the firm’s underwriting, due diligence and debt structuring. He also facilitates asset management and business plan execution. His goal is to foster and maintain relationships with operating partners, local real estate brokers and debt sources.
Jeff brings his expert and creative financial modeling and portfolio analysis to ARK. He has over 9-years of real estate experience and an institutional background from Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds, based in Philadelphia, which has invested in over $18 billion of real estate assets. He spent 6-years at Lubert-Adler before joining Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments, the family offices of Alvarez & Marsal, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing transactions, as well as portfolio and asset management.
Jeff resides in New York City with his wife and enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with his family.
