Jeff Deitrick, Executive Vice President at Colliers’ Pittsburgh firm, has
over 30 years of brokerage experience focusing on office leasing for
major downtown and suburban office properties.
Throughout his career in commercial real estate, Jeff has successfully
closed over 800 transactions; his expertise spans a broad range of
client services including tenant representation, agency leasing,
commercial sales, acquisitions, and comprehensive economic analysis.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jeff served as Executive Vice President and
Broker of Record at Oxford Realty Services, Inc., where he participated
in over a multitude of transactions exceeding a cumulative value of $1
billion and 8 million square feet of space. Previous to Oxford, he
worked for Howard Hanna Commercial Real Estate as a sales and
leasing representative.
Jeff Deitrick is a graduate of Kent State University, where he earned a
BA degree in Real Estate.
