Bio
As a former small business owner, corporate executive, and real estate investor, Jeff has been using the depth of that experience to assist his real estate clients as a specialist for investors, tenants, and owners of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties. Jeff believes firmly that his clients’ interests and goals are of paramount importance. That starts with investing the time necessary to fully understand all aspects of the client’s criteria for what is to be considered a successful outcome. Jeff enjoys working with both large and small businesses, first-time commercial investors as well as owner/occupants.
Jeff has been providing commercial real estate brokerage services since 2012 after moving to Fort Myers from Northern Minnesota. Early in this new career path he earned his CRE wings helping small businesses obtain the location and space needed as owner/occupants, quite often for their first time as tenants or buyers. This track record has helped him gain the trust and confidence of large investors and landlords for acquisition and leasing of assets, and for eventual disposition to achieve optimum return on investment. Deals have ranged from $25,000 to $10MM.
Jeff welcomes challenging projects that involve distressed properties, often benefiting from his ingenuity, creative problem solving, and negotiating skills. He limits his time and energy to a select portfolio of clients and assignments in order to provide hands-on involvement in all details and issues. Supported by a team of marketing specialists and transactional agents, clients can expect superior performance for time-sensitive engagements.
Jeff originates from the Midwest, learning a small business work-ethic from his parents who were first farmers and later small business owners. After attending college Jeff went to work for Sears Roebuck, working his way up from unloading trucks at a distribution center to national director of distribution systems, headquartered at the Sears Tower in Chicago. After 21 years in the corporate world, Jeff moved to Clearwater, Florida as a partner in a new retail systems and consulting enterprise that served major corporations in the USA, Europe and Asia.
