Jeff is responsible for overseeing and leading our South Florida development team including architects, attorneys, land planners, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects for Ferber and our national clients. Jeff has spent his entire career in land planning and real estate development dealing with all phases of development including land acquisition, land planning, site design, entitlements, retail leasing, construction management, and property management. Jeff has successfully completed projects throughout South Florida that have included national retail tenants such as Publix Super Markets, Tractor Supply Company, Dunkin Donuts, 7-Eleven, Wendy’s, Wawa, and more. Jeff understands the complex nature of South Florida real estate development, as well as the associated entitlement processes, and strives to create a project that everyone can be proud of upon completion. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University and is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate. Outside of the office Jeff serves as President of The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Palm Beach County and puts his development skills to work for the community by serving as Vice President of Properties for Gulf Stream Council, the local Boy Scouts of America Council that operates camps from Palm Beach to Vero Beach.
