Mr. Taylor provides strategic brokerage and consulting services to landlords and investors. Acting as his clients’ real estate advocate, Jeff provides property marketing and leasing, site selection and acquisition, and financial analysis and transaction negotiation services. Mr. Taylor brings 17 years of leasing and project experience in Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry. As a top producer, he has successfully directed the lease up on over 6 million square feet of office assets in Atlanta.
Mr. Taylor’s agency leasing experience has come in urban assets that include Atlanta Financial Center, Piedmont Center, Armour/Ottley as well as suburban assets including 1117 Perimeter Center West, Preston Ridge II, 1000 Windward, Satellite Place, and Overlook at Sugarloaf.
