Jeff is responsible for the successful execution of all of NewCastle’s North Carolina projects from construction to stabilization. Prior to joining NewCastle, he served as a Director for CMA Inc., responsible for directing, administering, and coordinating all construction activities pertaining to the successful implementation of Liberty University’s master development plan. His experience also includes working for an ENR TOP 50 Construction Management firm that focused on higher education, health, and institutional projects. Born and raised in Central Virginia, with a Building Construction degree at Virginia Tech, Jeff is a true local with personal and professional ties to the communities that NewCastle serves
