Jeff Schweitzer is Regional Director for multiple markets in the Central Region with assets comprised of more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial office space. In addition to creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for each property, Mr. Schweitzer manages the relationships with the third-party leasing and marketing teams in multiple markets.
Mr. Schweitzer is an industry veteran who has held a variety of positions, all in the greater Dallas metroplex, including Asset Manager for KeyBank, where he was responsible for regional malls and office assets totaling over three million square feet, and as Vice President for C-III Capital Partners, where he oversaw more than 40 properties of office, industrial and retail product valued at over $750 million. He also served as Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners for nearly 15 years and was a manager with Andersen Consulting/Accenture.
Schweitzer has received the Dallas Business Journal’s Deal of the Year award. He has also been named a Heavy Hitter by the Dallas Business Journal and received CoStar Power Broker accolades multiple times. Schweitzer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University.
